أجمل جزيرة في العالم جزيرة بورا بورا التابعة لفرنسا في المحيط الهادي , تحيط بالجزيرة بحيرة وحاجز شعاب مرجانية , الجزيرة مكونة أساسا من بقايا براكين خامدة موجودة على قمم جبل باهيا وجبل أويتمانو ، وأعلى ارتفاع في الجزيرة فيصل إلى 727 متر , ويبلغ سكان الجزيرة 8.880 نسمة.
